The house is incredibly practical and functions well for a long or short stay. Location makes heart of Balmain easily walkable, and access to Victoria Road to get to anywhere by bus or car is v fast and simple. The accommodation is relatively spacious and kitchen well appointed. Double garage a real bonus - plus plenty of visitors parking spaces outside. On the downside, the townhouse, and development it is part of, are a little soulless. The beauty of Balmain is its village atmosphere so close to the City...but this part of Balmain lacks that vibrant village feel. This really is made up for in practicality, though. The house is very easy to live in. And the charm of the village is only 5 mins walk away.

Everything was accurate. Neighbourhood was beautiful and quiet. Close to public transport and walkable. Very close to the city by public transport. Worth the money and worth the trip.

We have used the Apartment Service six times to source and book accommodation in Sydney for our annual visit from UK to see family and friends. We have always found them to be helpful and efficient. The properties are of a high standard and generally as described, clean and with good linen etc and kitchen equipment. Any difficulties we encountered have been quickly resolved.
